Colorado College Class-curated Exhibition Opening: Pop-up Collegium Concert

How do museums display music? Using the Fine Arts Center as a learning lab, Dr. Lidia Chang’s MU 228 Music and the Museum course tackles this question with an exhibition exploring the history of the Collegium Musicum at Colorado College through a collection of historical instruments amassed by the Music Department.
Celebrate the exhibition opening with a pop-up performance by Collegium Musicum. Colorado College’s ‘Early-Music’ ensemble, the Collegium will perform music from the Renaissance and Baroque periods on instruments included in the exhibition.
