SUMMARY:20 Prompts for Two Paintings: Learning to Create Free of Fear
DESCRIPTION:Many of us let fear or a need for perfection halt our artistic endeavors. This fast-paced mixed media workshop will interrupt the tendency to overthink and will allow artists to break free of their inner critic. The curriculum includes various techniques such as stencil\, collage\, image transfer\, and drawn line. Using timed prompts\, we will alternate between two paintings and learn tricks that allow artists to use both skill and spontaneity. Supply list online. Ages 16–Adult \nInstructor: Laura Raborn\nLevel I – This class is for those with some familiarity with the medium. This could include informal use of medium outside of the classroom.
