SUMMARY:Indigenous Futurities: Dancing Earth in CyberSpace
DESCRIPTION:One of our 3×3 Projects teams is live streaming a virtual performance Thursday\, June 18 at 7:30 pm MDT. Indigenous Futurities: Dancing Earth in Cyberspace is presented by a team of visionary artists who reveal cyberspace as a realm of ritual to reimagine the future. This collaboration includes contemporary Indigenous dance from the artists of Dancing Earth and music from gifted multi-instrumentalist QVLN. They explore themes of ritual\, recreation\, and human connection\, looking to ancestral stories of creation after destruction to guide us forward.
